Dunn to Succeed Steinberg as HIT Entertainment CEO

LONDON, March 6: Bruce Steinberg has resigned from his post as CEO of
HIT Entertainment, with former Nickelodeon executive Jeffrey D. Dunn appointed
as his successor.

Effective immediately, Dunn’s new role will be based in the U.S.
However, as HIT Entertainment continues to operate from its two major offices
in London and New York, he will divide his time equally between both. The
company hopes that Dunn’s new appointment will give HIT an increased presence
in North America, its largest market.

Previously, Dunn served as the COO for Nickelodeon Networks and was the
former president of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises at MTV Networks. During
his 13-year tenure there, he was responsible for, among other things, creating
the Noggin joint venture with Sesame Workshop, and building
Nickelodeon Enterprises into the third-largest licensing business in the world.

Steinberg commented: “I am proud to have been part of the team that has
made HIT a tremendous success over the past few years. Profitability is up, the
brands are growing around the world and, with the launch of Sprout and JimJam
TV channels, HIT programs are guaranteed to entertain children worldwide for a
long time to come.”

Greg Dyke, the non-executive chairman of HIT Entertainment, added: “The
Board would like to thank Bruce for his enormous contribution to the company.
He has led considerable change in the business and provided HIT with a strong
platform for future growth. We wish him well.”
