Don Johnson Sues Over Nash Bridges

LOS ANGELES: The actor Don Johnson has filed suit against the producers of Nash Bridges, alleging that he never received his share of the profits of the ’90s CBS show.

According to wire reports, Johnson lodged his complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday against Mark Cuban’s 2929 Entertainment, which in 2001 bought Nash Bridges co-producer Rysher Entertainment. Also named in the suit is Qualia Capital, which in 2006 acquired Rysher from 2929.

The suit maintains that the show, which aired on CBS from 1996 to 2001, generated more than $300 million in revenues. Johnson alleges that he never received his 50-percent share of the profits.
