Diverse Expands Team

LONDON, February 6:
Diverse, the factual television producer acquired by the Zodiak group of
companies in 2006, has appointed Hannah Wesson as its development executive.

Wesson arrives at Diverse
from Silver River, where she recently completed work on the forthcoming ITV1
series Natural Born Sellers.
Her credits also include Baby Borrowers, Filthy Rich and Homeless, as well as the Channel 4 documentary Can’t Stop
Eating.

The appointment comes on
the heels of two other recent hires: Mark Roberts from Channel 4 and Ed Crick
from TLC.

“We are delighted that such a sought after talent has chosen to join
Diverse,” said Diverse’s creative director, Roy Ackerman. “We are fast building
the most risk-taking and creative factual team in the U.K.”

Wesson added, “I am delighted to be joining Diverse at such an exciting
time. Diverse is a company with a brilliant track record of innovative, quality
television and the future for Diverse looks even more exciting. From Last
Chance Kids
to Beat the Star, this is a company with range and ambition. TV is
changing dramatically and Diverse is perfectly placed to offer up entertaining
factual television that captures the modern mood.”
