Discovery Familia to Launch Localized Artzooka!

MIAMI: Discovery Familia is set to bring the Spanish-language version of Artzooka!, co-produced with CCI Entertainment, to U.S. Hispanic audiences starting this month.

The 26×30-minute Spanish-language series produced in partnership with CCI will premiere August 22 and air Monday through Friday. Artzooka! is an arts and crafts show that is part live-action and part animation and shows children how to create their own art using everyday objects found at home.

Informative new shorts for mothers, Being a Mother Today (Ser Mamá Hoy), will also air on the network during primetime. The minute-long spots feature early childhood expert and Discovery Familia brand ambassador Jeannette Torres-Álvarez.
