Digital Media Promotions at MTV Networks

NEW YORK, June 22: MTV Networks' Entertainment Group has
promoted Erik Flannigan to executive VP of digital media and Jon Slusser to
senior VP of Spike digital and video games.

Flannigan, formerly senior VP of digital media for Comedy
Central and Spike TV, reports to Doug Herzog, the president of the
Entertainment Group, which is comprised of Comedy Central, Spike TV and TV Land
cable channels as well as internet sites AtomFilms, AtomUploads,
GameTrailers.com and Xfire. Flannigan currently supervises the linear channels'
digital media teams, overseeing the networks' digital programming initiatives.
In his new role, he adds oversight of the popular video gaming site
GameTrailers.com and PC-gaming application Xfire, as well as
soon-to-be-integrated iFILM and SpikeTV.com, which will be merged later this
year as Spike.com to create the web's leading destination for men 18-34.
Flannigan will also continue to supervise Atom Films and its sister site
AtomUploads (formerly Addicting Clips) and Viacom’s video-streaming sites.

Slusser, who reports to Flannigan, is based in Santa Monica.
He will be responsible for the management of the merger iFILM with Spike TV as
Spike.com. He will also take a lead role in the strategic direction of the
company in the video game space, including oversight of PC-gaming application
Xfire as well as continuing to run the video game site GameTrailers.com.
Slusser and his partners launched GameTrailers (GT) in 2003 as a broadband
video site dedicated to video game entertainment and information.
