DIC Unveils NATPE Slate

BURBANK, January 28: DIC
Entertainment is debuting three animated children’s properties at NATPE,
headlined by Dino Squad.

All three series target
kids aged 6 to 11, and debuted on the KEWLopolis on CBS block in Fall 2007.

The 26 half-hour (or
52×11-minute) episodes of Dino Squad follows five teens who suddenly gain the power to transform into
dinosaurs, and are guided along adventures by their mysterious science teacher,
Ms. Moynihan. DIC created and produced the series.

Sushi Pack features five crime-fighting pieces of sushi that
protect Wharf City from diabolical villains. Written by Tom Ruegger and
Nicholas Hollander, the writers and producers behind such series as Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures and Pinky and the Brain, the series is a co-production between DIC and
American Greetings Properties.

Also in DIC’s NATPE
lineup is Horseland, set in a
stable where kids and horses compete and have adventures. Each episode features
themes that deal with issues such as compassion, honesty and cooperation.
