LOS ANGELES: Denise Richards and Stacey Dash are to co-host Night Tales, the new branded horror film and TV franchise from Jamie Foxx and Deon Taylor’s No Brainer Films.

Night Tales Presents is a new genre label dedicated to producing commercial horror films and TV programming. Richards (Wild Things) and Dash (Clueless) will serve as recurring stars and hosts of the all new Night Tales TV series. The show, currently being shot in Los Angeles, is co-directed and produced by Foxx and Taylor. The 26×30-minute anthology series will feature a number of well-known stars, including hip-hop artist Method Man and Jason Mewes (Clerks, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back).

Taylor commented, “We’ve always envisioned Night Tales as a hybridized cross between Tales from the Crypt and The Twilight Zone. We have fresh ideas and amazing talent but the key to success for us is really about channeling a broad mainstream audience and evoking the unique sense of mystery and excitement that these iconic shows did.”

Taylor added, “We really like where we are with the Night Tales brand right now. The TV series is just the beginning and it will continue to grow.”
