A home-entertainment deal has also been signed with ABC Home Video for Australia, where the show rates as one of the top children’s programs to date on ABC TV. ABC TV has signed up for a second season of the series as well. Grandpa in My Pocket also airs on Canal+ in France, Al Jazeera Children’s Channel, Norway’s NRK, Sub Juniori in Finland and French-speaking TFO, TVO and Knowledge in Canada.

Josh Scherba, the senior VP of distribution at DECODE Enterprises, said: “This live-action series really stands out in the crowded preschool marketplace with a charming and humorous look at the relationship between grandparents and their grandchildren. We are very pleased to be adding these additional broadcast partners.”
