CTV Website Streams O.C. Premiere

TORONTO, October 31: At noon yesterday, Canadian broadcaster
CTV began streaming the season four premiere of The O.C. on its broadband network, ahead of the television
launch this week.

The deal with Warner Bros. International Television will
also see episode two stream on broadband following the television broadcast of
episode one on November 2.

This is the first time a U.S. network drama has been
delivered to Canadians on broadband, and the first time any U.S. network series
was streamed in Canada in advance of its television premiere.

"Our broadband audience is growing rapidly and we've
already experienced breakout success stories with Canadian Idol and Corner Gas," said Kris Faibish, CTV's VP of digital media. "The
addition of The O.C., launching
in advance of the broadcast season premiere, provides a great warm-up for the
season and a terrific hook for O.C.
fans across Canada."

The hit Warner Bros. Television show has already launched
online in the U.S., where FOX is offering the season four premiere on MySpace
and the MyFoxLocal websites.

CTV launched The CTV Broadband Network in June featuring a
slate of Canadian programming, including Degrassi, Whistler and the CTV
National News
.
