Cisneros Group Hires VP for Digital

MIAMI: Victor Kong is to join the team at Cisneros Group of Companies as the VP of digital media, reporting directly to Miguel Dvorak, the president and COO of the Cisneros Group. 

Kong will be based in Miami. He is responsible for designing and establishing business strategies for new ventures and opportunities in the digital world. He will head the Cisneros Group’s existing digital media team as well as the company’s established business units in the digital world, such as Venevision Mobile and LatCel.
