Cineflix Offers 14 New Series at MIPCOM

LONDON, October 4: Cineflix International, which is
celebrating its fifth birthday this year, is showcasing 14 new series at
MIPCOM, totaling more than 103 hours, marking the company’s largest slate to
date.

Highlights of Cineflix’s slate include the new series Colin
& Justin’s Home Heist
, where
unsuspecting homeowners and their homes are taken hostage to receive a five-day
transformation; Kim’s Rude Awakening,
which follows British housekeeping celebrity Kim Woodburn as she works with
some of North America’s rudest and laziest families; the second season of The
Final 24
, an hour-long documentary which
looks at the early deaths of another eight global celebrities and examines the
final 24 hours of their lives; and Psychic Investigators 2, a series about actual dramatic crimes that are
solved with the combination of hi-tech detective work and the paranormal power
of a psychic.

Also being offered at MIPCOM is the 6×1-hour series Trapped, which brings to life some of the greatest rescue
missions; Mayday: Science of Disaster, now in its sixth season, which explores human drama and aviation
science; Desperate Learners Driving School which follows ten of Australia’s worst drivers as
they attempt to pass their driving tests; and Animal Rescue, an observational documentary series featuring the
men and women who work tirelessly to fight animal cruelty across Australia. Additional titles
include Surf Patrol, Ultimate Wish List, New Parent Nightmares, World’s
Greenest Homes,
and the third season of
both Border Security and
Medical Emergencies.
