CDC United Network Appointed Agent for Fireworks International

BRUSSELS, March 26:
Fireworks International, a division of the U.K.'s ContentFilm, has tapped
Brussels- and New York- based television distributor CDC United Network to
represent its programming line-up and catalogue in Latin America for all
rights, with the exception of first window pay-TV.

The collaboration between
the two companies will be launched during the upcoming MIPTV market, with CDC
United Network promoting programs from Fireworks International’s catalogue that
include the action series Andromeda,
Mutant X and Relic Hunter, as well as the children's programs Young
Dracula
, Black Hole High and 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd. CDC will also actively promote all of Fireworks'
mini-series and TV movies such as the acclaimed four-hour mini-series The
Audrey Hepburn Story,
starring
Jennifer Love Hewitt, and Joan of Arc starring Leelee Sobieski.
