Cartoon Network Scores with Adventure Time

ATLANTA: The new Cartoon Network original series Adventure Time debuted Monday night to triple-digital gains compared to the same 2009 time slot, with the strong performance leading to a second-season order for 13 more episodes.

Adventure Time was 8 p.m.’s number one show on all of TV with kids 2 to 11 and 6 to 12 and boys 2 to 11, 6 to 12 and 9 to 14. The series’ debut was Cartoon Networks top rated telecast of the year to date among kids and boys 6 to 11 and kids and boys 2 to 11. Cartoon Network ranked number one on Monday in total day with boys 6 to 11 among all networks. Adventure Time introduces viewers to the unlikely heroes Finn & Jake, buddies who traverse the mystical Land of Ooo and encounter its colorful inhabitants.
