Cablevision Posts Loss for Q4, 2006

BETHPAGE, February 28: Cablevision
Systems Corporation has announced a fourth quarter loss of $23.9 million from
its $64.6 million profit last year, while the loss for the full year was $126.5
million, compared with the 2005 profit of $89.3 million.

Fourth quarter revenues, however, were up 13.4 percent to
$1.7 billion, and 2006 revenues gained 14.6 percent to $5.9 billion.

For the quarter, telecommunications revenues, including
cable TV, broadband and telephony, increased 17.9 percent to $1.1 billion, and
Rainbow’s revenues grew to $236.7 million from $210.6 million.
