C4I Sells Programming to Germany’s RTL II

LONDON, June 22: Channel 4
International (C4I) has sold more than 15 hours of factual and comedy
programming to German broadcaster RTL II.

RTL II has picked up two big-budget productions from Pioneer
Productions: Animals in the Womb and Miracles
in the Womb. Animals in the Womb
illustrates
the dangerous and difficult journey a mammal undertakes in the mother’s womb,
while Miracles in the Womb explores
the fetal world of twins, triplets and quads.

C4I has also licensed Objective Productions’ comedy program Balls
of Steel
to RTL II. The program features
comedians who are challenged to attempt a multitude of daring and sometimes
dangerous tasks. Additionally, the broadcaster has purchased a range of daring
and shocking documentaries, including: Half Ton Man, The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off, Frozen Alive, The Girl Who Never Ate,
The Boy Who Gave Birth to his Twin and
The Boy Who Sees Without Eyes.
