Boldprint Studios Teams with Diving Bell Talent Agency for Digital Content

Boldprint Studios (Swiped: The School That Banned Smartphones) has partnered with the talent agency Diving Bell for a talent-led digital content slate.

Several projects are already in the pipeline.

Diving Bell recently released Love & Rage: Munroe Bergdorf, a Universal Pictures film, in cinemas. It featured co-founders Justin Girdler and Kim Butler documenting their journey managing the rise of cultural figure Munroe Bergdorf and her impact on LGBTQIA+ visibility in the U.K. and beyond.

Boldprint’s debut commission was the Channel 4 documentary Swiped: The School That Banned Smartphones, which sparked a national conversation on teen smartphone usage and has been nominated for the best popular factual award at the Edinburgh TV Festival.

“We have loved working across various content opportunities with brands, networks and platforms alongside our talent and have been looking for a way to grab the bull by the horns and start making more content ourselves,” Diving Bell’s Girdler and Butler said. “Boldprint share our passion for intelligent, impactful storytelling. They are fast-moving, creative and great fun to work with! The perfect production partners to help us take things forward.”

Phil Harris, CEO and founder of Boldprint Studios, added, “This partnership is rooted in shared values and creative trust. With Diving Bell’s unmatched instinct for talent and our experience in format and execution, we’re excited about what’s coming next.”
