BBC Takes ZDFE Crime Series

MAINZ: ZDF Enterprises has sold the crime series The Killing to the BBC for free TV in the U.K. and Ireland.

Arrow Films picked up the home video and VOD rights for the same territories. The series will debut on BBC Four on January 22. The DVD release is set for April 4, just a few days after the show ends its run on the BBC.

The Killing is a co-production by DR TV-Drama, Danish Broadcasting Corp., ZDF, ZDF Enterprises, NRK and SVT, with the support of the Nordvision Fund Denmark.
