Azureus, Ministry of Sound TV Strike Content Deal

PALO ALTO, May 22: Azureus, a peer-to-peer based content
distributor, has reached a deal to make a range of party and dance music-themed
programming from Ministry of Sound TV (MoSTV) available on its broadband
video-sharing platform Vuze.

Launched in November 2006, MoSTV is the first digital
content provider for dance music entertainment, dedicated to dance, music and
lifestyle programming. Under the agreement, Vuze will feature hours of
exclusive content created specifically for the platform, including
behind-the-scenes access to music videos, exclusive interviews and footage from
the Ibiza party season, all in high-definition.

"With a built-in global user base of millions, Vuze is
the perfect destination for MoSTV to share its content with fans of dance music
from around the world, enabling them to comment on and rate their favorite
segments," said Gilles BianRosa, the CEO of Azureus. "Ministry of
Sound has an impressive history and we are proud to further extend the brand by
making its content available digitally to more people and allowing them to
interact with others who share similar interests."

Vuze, which was launched in April, serves as an alternative,
low-cost distribution and marketing platform to distribute compelling, high
definition content. Partnerships have been announced with BBC Worldwide
(including BBC HD), Showtime Networks, A&E Networks (including A&E, The
History Channel, and The Biography Channel), Nelvana Enterprises, National
Geographic and Starz Media, among others.
