AXN Carriage Renewed by Bluewin TV in Switzerland

LONDON/MUNICH: Sony Pictures Television has renewed the distribution deal for the action-entertainment channel AXN with Bluewin TV, the IPTV platform of Swiss telecommunications service provider Swisscom.

AXN features hit TV series such as Californication and Breaking Bad, as well as a wide selection of blockbuster movies. AXN is an established brand in Europe, airing in German-speaking countries and in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Africa and across Central Europe, Russia and the CIS.

Dr. Felix Graf, the head of TV and portal at Swisscom, said: “We are delighted to continue our offer of AXN to our Bluewin TV subscribers. The channel features an attractive lineup of feature films and TV series which viewers value highly.”
