American Greetings Taps Sony Wonder for Holly Hobbie Releases

NEW YORK, August 8: AG Properties, American Greetings'
recently launched intellectual property and outbound licensing division, has
named Sony Wonder, the children's and family division of Sony BMG Music
Entertainment, as the exclusive home entertainment partner for its new Holly
Hobbie & Friends direct-to-DVD
releases.

Sony Wonder will market and distribute at least two titles a
year, with the first release under the deal, Holly Hobbie & Friends:
Christmas Wishes, planned for October. Two
additional titles are currently in final production for a 2007 release, and
four more titles are in development.

The Holly Hobbie & Friends series, from producer Julia Pistor, follows ten-year-old Holly and her
friends Amy and Carrie as they spend summers together in the cozy town of
Clover. Holly is the great-granddaughter of the “original” Holly Hobbie, which
was developed in 1967 as a line of greeting cards.
