AFM Unveils Seminars and Conferences Schedule

LOS ANGELES, October 26: The American Film Market (AFM) has
unveiled its schedule of seminars and conferences, a total of 16 panel sessions
addressing topics such as distribution, budgeting, production incentives,
digital distribution, film adaptation and mobile.

The panel sessions will be held during AFM in Santa Monica
at Le Merigot Hotel and the Fairmont Miramar Hotel from November 1 to 6. The
sessions will feature leading executives, filmmakers, producers, distributors,
financiers and talent from the global entertainment business. Session
highlights will include AFM’s inaugural seminar, “U.S. Theatrical Distribution:
The Producer’s Holy Grail” on Thursday, November 1; the “AFM Finance
Conference,” on Friday, November 2; “Pitch Me!,” on Saturday, November 3;
“Creative Production Incentives: Maximizing Benefits, Minimizing Problems,” on
Sunday, November 4; and “Keeping Writers Onboard: The Business Case,” on
Monday, November 5. On Tuesday, November 6, four panels programmed by
iHollywood Forum will take place at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel.
