More than 1,000 Hours on Offer from MediaCorp

SINGAPORE: The roster of titles in MediaCorp’s catalogue covers a range of genres, from drama, infotainment and game shows to travel, lifestyle and documentary, available in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil languages.

From the 1,100 hours on offer, 210 are shot in HD. This includes the documentary Made in China. The 50-minute feature looks at the Dafen Village in southern China, which is best described as the oil painting copy capital of the world. Also in HD, Tale of Four Cities is a travelogue that tracks four seasoned travellers journeying through four different regions in Greater China to explore the different cultures of the locals. All Things Paper takes viewers deep into the world of paper contraptions and constructions.

The 10×23-minute My World My Blog journeys with the viewers into the world of youths aged between 13 and 21 to understand their behavior, thinking, emotions, needs and wants. 80’s Rewind is a family comedy set in the ’80s. Rounding out the slate is the drama The Little Nyonya. The Peranakan-themed series chronicles the struggles and challenges of Yue Niang, a Straits Chinese, from pre-war days through present day.
