De Posch Heads to Greek Media Group

LONDON/ATHENS,
December 17: Guillaume de Posch, the outgoing CEO of ProSiebenSat.1,
has signed on as an advisor to the Greek media group Antenna TV, which is
eyeing acquisitions in the region.

With its
sale of Bulgaria's Nova TV to Modern Times Group, Antenna TV is looking at
acquisitions in the TV, radio and Internet sectors, reports indicate. "The chance of this group is that they've got
a very solid cash position," de Posch told Reuters. "Assets are now
strongly devalued and there might be good acquisition opportunities. "I
think that now is probably the time to be contrarian."

De Posch announced in June
his intention to exit ProSiebenSat.1. Last week, Thomas Ebeling, the former
head of pharmaceutical company Novartis Consumer Health, was named as De
Posch's successor.
