Nick Unveils Holiday Slate

NEW
YORK, November 25: Throughout the month of December, Nickelodeon will present
seven all-new seasonal specials, including the two-hour original TV movie Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh, which
premieres December 5 at 8 p.m.

Merry Christmas, Drake
& Josh

features Henry Winkler and MMA fighter Kimbo Slice respectively
guest-starring as the fair-minded judge and Josh's good-hearted ex-cellmate who
help the brotherly duo keep their Christmas promise to a family of foster kids.

On
December 8, The Wonder Pets! "Save
the Nutcracker!" features a contemporary spin on Tchaikovsky's holiday
classic. The Fairly OddParents'
special "Merry Wishmas!" premieres on December 12 at 8 p.m. The
episode watches as Timmy Turner must convince Santa that the holiday is worth
saving when "Wishmas" threatens to replace it forever.

Nickelodeon
has also lined up a number of live-action specials for teens and tweens. On
December 13, iCarly's "iChristmas"
episode will premiere. In a take-off of the Christmas classic It's a

Wonderful Life, the show follows as
Carly angrily wishes she had a "normal" brother, and an angel appears
to show her what her life would be like with a buttoned-up sibling. On True Jackson, VP, Lulu thinks Max's
accountant may be Santa Claus because of his striking resemblance to Kris
Kringle. Whoopi Goldberg and Natasha Bedingfield guest-star on The Naked Brothers Band Christmas
special. The episode centers on a benefit the band is holding for Save the
Children.

Nick
Jr. will celebrate the holidays with "Frosty Fridays," featuring
mini-marathons of holiday episodes from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. On December 5,
preschoolers can tune in for the premiere of the Wow! Wow! Wubzzy! seasonal episodes "A Great and Grumpy
Holiday" and "The Super-Special Gift." The marathons will also
include seasonal episodes of Nick Jr.'s hit series The Wonder Pets!, The
Backyardigans
, Dora the Explorer, Go, Diego, Go! and Yo Gabba Gabba!
