Sparks Closes Raft of Post-MIPCOM Deals

STOCKHOLM, November 3:
Sparks Network has secured a range of deals following MIPCOM, including adding
Idea Asia as a new member of its group of companies.

Idea Asia, part of Asia
Global Holdings Corporation, will cover China and Hong Kong. The company joins
the roster of Sparks Network members in Asia that includes Everyshow in South
Korea, Lemon Productions in Indonesia, Vietnam Media Corp. in Vietnam and
Optimystix Entertainment in India. Sparks also has a Middle Eastern member in
Imagic.

From TV Tokyo, the format National Family Channel delivered for
Sparks at MIPCOM. The Japanese format challenges a family and a celebrity to a
game of hide and seek. Sparks is currently in license discussions for National Family Channel, with offers from multiple broadcasters
in more than ten countries and a number of deals already in place.

Hello Goodbye from BlazHoffski is now licensed for production in more than ten
countries worldwide. Sky in the U.K. recently signed up to produce a version,
and a number of negotiations are still under way, including for Colombia and
Brazil. Back in Wedding Shape,
distributed by BlazHoffski and Sparks (together with Zodiak in some
territories), received multiple pickups. The format is currently optioned in
seven different deals, with two new commissions scored in major territories. Back in Wedding Shape recently launched
on TV4 in Sweden, its first local adaptation outside of Belgium.

Also delivering for
Sparks, Baluba's The Band made its
debut on SVT1 in Sweden three weeks ago, scoring an average share of 35
percent. The format follows a cross-country search for the best music bands.
