FIVER Adds New U.S. Reality Fare to Lineup

LONDON, October 23: The
reality competition series Stylista and Step It Up & Dance are set to join FIVER’s programming grid for 2009.

From the producers of America’s
Next Top Model
and Project
Runway
, Stylista follows 11 hopefuls as they compete for a an
editorial position at Elle magazine.
The 8×1-hour series, shot in New York, shows the competitors as they work as
assistants to Elle’s fashion
news director, Anne Slowey. The series is distributed by CBS Paramount
International Television.

The director of programs
for FIVER and Five US, Hannah Barnes, said: “Stylista comes with superb credentials, and is an exciting
and much-anticipated addition to the FIVER schedule. It is fantastic to be
working with CBS Paramount again on such a glossy and quality show.”

Step It Up & Dance features 12 contestants who are trying to make it
in the dance industry. The series puts the dancers through competitive tests
each week to master different styles of dance, as they ultimately compete for
the chance at $100,000. Step It Up & Dance is a Magical Elves Production and is distributed
internationally by NBC Universal International Television Distribution.
