Lionsgate CEO to Keynote NATPE

CONTACT _Con-3E30DE563F6 c s l LOS ANGELES, October 8: Jon Feltheimer, the co-chairman and CEO of Lionsgate, will deliver the keynote
address at the 2009 NATPE Market & Conference, set for January 26 to 29 at
the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

year is Content, Commerce, Connections,” said Rick Feldman, NATPE’s president and CEO. “Jon Feltheimer’s remarkable accomplishments
at Lionsgate are rooted in his unparalleled ability to combine the flexibility

relationships of a major studio. We are delighted that Jon has graciously
agreed to set the stage for another successful NATPE.”

Other conference
highlights include an expansion and enhancement of the exhibition floor, The
What’s Next Demo Lab, a Digital Theater with seating for up to 100, the
Celebrity Chef Kitchen and a Signature Restaurant & Café on the floor.
NATPE will also feature a day-long executive management program, presented in
association with the USC Marshall School of Business/RUI, called “Managing
Change in a Turbulent Media Landscape.”

In other NATPE news,
Feldman has signed a new two-year deal to remain as president and CEO of the
organization. “Rick Feldman has provided immeasurable contributions to NATPE
during the past five years,” said Kevin Beggs, the co-chair of NATPE and president of programming and production at
Lionsgate. “His dedication, hard work and leadership have resulted in our
association’s continued evolution as the world’s premiere market for content
and a valuable showcase for emerging media and technologies across all
platforms.”
