Comcast Signs New Partnership with Ryan Seacrest

LOS ANGELES, August 20: Comcast Entertainment Group has
secured a new multi-year deal that expands Ryan Seacrest’s television and
new-media production business across its family of networks via Ryan Seacrest Productions.

Under the new deal, Comcast Entertainment Group retains
first-look rights to all Ryan Seacrest Productions projects through August
2011. Seacrest’s production company will develop programming for Comcast’s
family of networks, including E!, The Style Network and G4, as well as Versus,
Golf Channel, Exercise TV, FEARnet, Comcast Sportsnet and PBS KIDS Sprout. The
previous production agreement only covered projects for E! and The Style
Network.

Seacrest continues to serve as the managing editor and
anchor of E! News, alongside Giuliana
Rancic, and as executive producer and host of E!’s Live from the Red
Carpet specials. His roles with E!
News and Live from the Red Carpet have been extended through early 2012.

The agreement also includes a new advertising relationship
between E! and Seacrest's radio properties, including American Top 40 and On-Air with Ryan Seacrest.
