VH1 Launching New Programming

NEW YORK, August 14: VH1’s
new original series Glam God with Vivica A. Fox and The Cho Show will premiere on August 21, the same day The
Fabulous Life
returns with all-new
episodes.

The Fabulous Life, which will air at 9 p.m., highlights popular
trends, such as Hollywood’s baby boom. Each of the eight new episodes will
uncover the stories and numbers behind the biggest purchases, people and
events. The show is executive produced by Matt Sharp for Sharp Entertainment
and Jeff Olde, Shelly Tatro and Tara Wilson executive produce for VH1.

Premiering at 10 p.m., Glam
God with Vivica A. Fox
brings the
actress’s celebrity style to a new competition show searching for the next
great celebrity stylist. Each week contestants will compete in various
challenges that test their knowledge of fashion and style trends as they create
the perfect look. The show is created and executive produced by Cris Abrego for
Cris Abrego Productions. Ben Samek also executive produces for the company. Fox
and Lita Richardson serve as executive producers. Olde, Jill Holmes and Kristen
Kelly oversee the series for VH1.

The Cho Show, which will air at 11 p.m., follows Margaret Cho
and her entourage as she fights to be herself in an industry that wanted her to
be something different in the past. The show is executive produced by Rico Martinez and Cho for Crossroads
Television. Holmes, Alex Demyanenko, Noah Pollack and Olde executive produce
for VH1. A sneak peek of the first episode will be available August 15 on
VH1.com, which will also host exclusive video content for all three series.
