Detective, FBI Series Ready for Syndication

LONGWOOD, July 28: The
Television Syndication Company is offering up The New Detectives and The FBI Files, originally produced for the Discovery Channel by
New Dominion Pictures, as
one-hour weeklies for the 2008/09 syndication season.

The New Detectives examines the work of forensic experts and criminal
investigators and the technology they use to solve cases. Beginning in fall
2009, the series will continue
its syndication run as a 30-minute strip.

The FBI Files, produced in full cooperation with the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI), provides a behind-the-scenes look at the actual
process of some of the FBI’s most famous investigations.

Produced by New Dominion
for Discovery Channel, the docudramas are first-run off cable, and both
received high ratings during their initial broadcasts.
