Oasis Sells Package to Hallmark International

TORONTO/LOS
ANGELES, June 25: Oasis International has signed an 11-title deal with Hallmark
International for the U.K., Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Benelux and feeds in the
Middle East and Russia.

Included in
the deal are the Lifetime/CTV movie Murder on Her Mind; the unauthorized life stories Celina, Shania and Michael Jackson; the romantic comedy The Wedding
Wish; and Show Me
Yours. Mail Order
Bride, produced for
Hallmark USA by Blueprint Entertainment, is also included in the package.

“The Hallmark team has
done their homework and know exactly what their audiences are looking for,”
said Prentiss Holman, the director of international sales for Oasis. “It’s been
a real pleasure to put this deal together with Mark and his group.”

“The Oasis slate offers a
perfect mix of mystery, romance and comedy,” commented Mark Lawrence, the
director of global acquisitions for Hallmark. “We’ll definitely look to them
for future cooperation.”
