Amberwood Closes New Deals for Benjamin Bear

OTTAWA, June 24: Russian
Film Company has acquired all TV and DVD rights for 39 half hours of The
Secret World of Benjamin Bear from
Amberwood Entertainment for Russia and the CIS.

The series was
commissioned by Canada’s Family Channel, and has been licensed in more than 110
territories worldwide.

Jonathan Wiseman, the VP
of sales and acquisitions at Amberwood, commented, “This series is consistently
a great performer for Amberwood and its partners. We are delighted to have the
Russian Film Company introduce Benjamin to a new set of viewers.”
