Paramount Vantage, Overture Team For New Michael Moore Doc

LOS ANGELES, May 14:
Paramount Vantage and Overture Films will co-finance and distribute
Oscar-winner Michael Moore’s next film, which will be a follow up to his 2004
documentary Fahrenheit 9/11.

Paramount Vantage will
handle the international distribution, while Overture takes on the film for
domestic distribution. Paramount will be launching the film into the
international marketplace this week in Cannes, with a release date set for

important catalyst for challenging mainstream thoughts and values regarding the
important critical issues facing this country and the world. Everyone on the
Overture team is delighted to be involved with Michael's exciting new
film."

"Michael is one of
the most inspiring, innovative and thought-provoking filmmakers of our
generation," added Nick Meyer, the president of Paramount Vantage.
