Talent Television Appoints Entertainment Director

LONDON, April 17: Talent
Television has named Jonathan Glazier as its director of entertainment,
beginning in June.

Glazier will also join the board of Talent Television, and work with
Tony Humphreys, the company’s managing director, to drive Talent’s continued
production of entertainment, factual entertainment and kids’ programming. He
joins Talent from Eyeworks Australia/New Zealand, where he served as the head
of international production and development. His production credits include Pops
Ultimate Stars, Smarter Than A Ten Year Old, Ready
Steady Cook, Dragon’s Den NZ, Captive, Joe Millionaire, The Chair, Weakest
Link, Don’t Try This At Home, Gladiators and a number of An
Audience With… specials for ITV.

Humphreys commented: “We
are delighted to have secured Jonathan, who has directed, produced and
executive produced many big and successful prime-time shows for both the BBC
and ITV. He shares the same values as Talent for the delivery of high-quality
productions and is ambitious for further success. He fits perfectly into our
plans to move the company into a new era.”
