Tim Roth, Neve Campbell Join Cast of The Sea Wolf

MUNICH/CANNES, April 8:
Golden Globe- and Academy Award-nominee Tim Roth and actress Neve Campbell have
joined Sebastian Koch in the principal cast of The Sea Wolf, Tele München Group’s $19-million two-part
mini-series for ZDF and RHI.

Roth (Planet of the
Apes
, Pulp Fiction, The War Zone) will play Death Larsen, the brother of Wolf Larsen, played by
Sebastian Koch (The Lives of Others,
Verhoeven’s Black Book).
Starring alongside Roth and Koch is Campbell, who was featured in the Scream movie franchise and the TV series Party of Five and Medium.

Co-produced by Tele
München Group’s Clasart Television through Gate Television, The Sea Wolf is currently in production and will premiere in
Germany on ZDF. The mini-series was adapted from Jack London’s classic novel of
the same name by Nigel Williams (Elizabeth I) and will be directed by Mike Barker (A Good
Woman
, Butterfly on a Wheel). The Sea Wolf is slated for delivery this fall.

Tele München released its
first Jack London adaptation of The Sea Wolf for ZDF in 1971. This was followed by a number of
other Jack London adaptations for ZDF, such as Lure of Gold.
