Cineflix Greenlights 52 Hours of New Programming

LONDON, April 5: Cineflix has ordered 52 hours of new
programming and returning series from its factual and factual entertainment
divisions, including a new season of Paradise
Lost
.

Scheduled to debut on Five in the U.K.
and Discovery HD in Canada,
Paradise Lost is an 8×1-hour series
depicting real-life exotic adventures that became terrifying ordeals overnight.
Also for Five comes another season of True
CSI
, the 10×1-hour series that follows forensic investigators as they
attempt to crack murder cases. And for National Geographic Channels
International, Cineflix is preparing a new season of Air Crash Investigation, which looks into aviation disasters to
find out what went wrong.

The company is also
continuing to push its established U.K. talent overseas, including the
sale of a second season of Colin &
Justin’s Home Heist
to HGTV Canada and UKTV Style. British wedding planner
Jane Dayus Hinch is returning to
Canadian television with a fourth season of Wedding
SOS
for Slice. Meanwhile, the new property series Unsellables, hosted by British property expert Sofie Allsopp, is
launching on HGTV in Canada
this month, while Kim Woodburn’s newest
show, Kim’s Rude Awakenings, launched
in Canada
last month.
