Family Channel Goes On Demand

TORONTO, March 4: Astral
Media’s Family
Channel has launched its first on-demand service on Cogeco Cable, featuring
some 30 hours of programming refreshed weekly.

The programming on Family
OnDemand will include Disney movies and series such as Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Kim Possible; Canadian series such as Life with Derek, The Latest Buzz and Naturally, Sadie; and Playhouse
Disney offerings such as Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny and Franny’s Feet.
Titles will be offered on Family OnDemand to Family Channel digital subscribers
at no additional cost.

viewer expectations have changed, especially among kids and tweens,” said Joe

service reflects this change incorporating our best programming with the power

Einsteins and Handy Manny, kids of all ages will now be able to find what
they want when they want on Family OnDemand."
