YOTTOY to Manage Scholastic’s SideKicks Toy Division

NEW YORK, February 20:
Scholastic Media has signed an agreement with YOTTOY Productions, a New
York-based toy design company, to manage sales, marketing and product
development for its SideKick toy offerings.

The agreement will see the
development of toys based on Scholastic properties, including Clifford The
Big Red Dog
, The Real Mother
Goose
, Kim Parker Kids and Counting in the Garden, among others. The SideKicks toy line will be showcased
at Toy Fair 2008 in New York.

YOTTOY has more than 10
years of experience in toy design and production. Its products feature hand
embroidery and hand sewing.
