New Asia Pacific Head at Cartoon Network Enterprises

HONG KONG, January 31:
Turner Entertainment Networks Asia (TENA) has appointed Dulce Lim Chen as the
VP for Asia Pacific at Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), the consumer products
division of Cartoon Network.

Lim Chen will be
responsible for driving Cartoon Network’s various licensing businesses,
including merchandise, publishing, home-video products, interactive games and
others as well as promotions and events in 14 countries across the region. She
will work closely with TENA’s network teams on regional strategy development
and licensing initiatives, helping to drive revenues as well as enhance brand
presence. Furthermore, she will implement integrated network initiatives,
oversee third-party representation of brands and properties, and coordinate on
global planning with CNE’s divisions around the world.

Lim Chen arrives at Turner
from Sesame Workshop, where she served as the VP of business development in the
Asia Pacific for Sesame Street English. In that role, she oversaw the planning
and execution of the Sesame Street English strategy in the Asia Pacific region.
