Twentieth Century Fox, Allarco Entertainment Sign Film Agreement

LOS ANGELES, January 29:
Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution has inked a multi-year agreement
with Allcaro Entertainment to air its stable of feature films on Canadian
pay-TV network Super Channel.

Fox titles such as Fantastic
Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
, Live
Free or Die Hard
, The Simpsons
Movie
and Academy Award-nominated Juno, among others, will air on the English-language pay-TV network,
which also currently broadcasts Fox’s Burn Notice.

“This new Fox-Allarco
film agreement is an exciting way to bring Fox movies to Canadian viewers
nationwide, and we are very pleased to continue to be a part of Super Channel’s
success story,” said Gina Brogi, the senior VP of worldwide pay television for
Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution.

Sandy Perkins, the VP of
programming for Super Channel, added, “We are thrilled to have signed with
Twentieth Century Fox. This agreement brings Super Channel a significant number
of excellent movies and allows us to continue to offer our viewers more choice
and titles.”
