Cartoon Network Magazine Arrives in the Middle East

KUWAIT, December 13: Kuwait-based Teshkeel Media Group has
partnered with Cartoon Network to publish Arabic- and English-language versions
of Cartoon Network Magazine for distribution in the Middle East and North
Africa.

Under the terms of the agreement, Teshkeel will publish nine
issues of Cartoon Network Magazine a year, bringing popular characters such as Foster's
Home for Imaginary Friends
, Dexter's Laboratory and Codename: Kids Next Door to newsstands in the
Middle East and North Africa region. Each 32-page issue will include comics,
puzzles, games, and giveaways targeted at boys and girls aged 6 to 12.

Headquartered in Kuwait, with offices in New York and Cairo,
Teshkeel Media Group is a publisher of comics and other children's
entertainment in the Arab world. It also works with global publishers like DC,
Marvel and Archie Comics.

"Working with Cartoon Network will allow us to expose young
readers in the Middle East and North Africa to a world of characters that are
both fun and entertaining," said Naif Al-Mutawa, the CEO of Teshkeel.
"Cartoon Network has a long history of entertaining children with its

sense of excitement on to children in our region."

Jason Rice, the Northern European territory manager for Cartoon
