HIT Entertainment to Syndicate Video Through New Partner

NEW YORK/SEATTLE, November
14: HIT Entertainment has selected thePlatform, a broadband publishing company,
to manage the back-end video platform for its branded web channels and the
syndication of its children's videos to other websites around the world.

thePlatform launched video
on the U.S. Thomas & Friends
site in late October and saw more than 3 million streams in the first two
weeks. The rollout of video on HIT's other branded sites such as Angelina
Ballerina
, Barney, Bob the Builder, and Fireman Sam will continue through 2008. In addition,
thePlatform will manage and publish online video for other HIT Entertainment
properties such as Guinness World Records.

thePlatform currently
provides online video publishing and management for a host of consumer brands
that include the BBC, CNBC, CBS' College Sports TV, Court TV, Comcast, Hearst,
Helio, PRIMEDIA, Scripps, Sony/BMG Music, Vongo, Telstra and Verizon Wireless,
among others.
