TF1 to Launch New Season of NBC’s Heroes on VOD

PARIS, September 25: TF1 has secured a deal with NBC
Universal to launch the second season of the prime-time drama Heroes on its video-on-demand service TF1 Vision within 24
hours of the episode’s initial U.S. broadcast.

Starting from today, each French-subtitled episode from the
new season of Heroes will be available
in both streaming and download-to-rent formats, directly from TF1 Vision’s
website www.tf1vision.fr, or through its IPTV partners Free, Neuf and Club
Internet. The episodes will be available starting from 2.99 euros each, or by
packs of two (4.99 euros) or three episodes (5.99 euros).

To support the launch of the second season of Heroes on VOD, and the success of the first season of the
drama on VOD this summer, TF1 Vision will also offer, for the first time, a
Season Pass of the first season of Heroes, including all episodes in both streaming and download-to-rent, for
24.99 euros.

“The Premium Video on Demand is a breakthrough offer which
demonstrates TF1 Vision’s innovation capacity and represents a strong
alternative to the illegal peer-to-peer piracy,” said Pierre Brossard, the CEO
of TF1 Vidéo.
