RHI Set for June 29 Launch on ION

NEW YORK, June 20: The RHI
Movie Weekend, featuring titles from the RHI Entertainment library, is slated
to launch on ION Television in the U.S, on June 29.

RHI Entertainment will
serve as ION's exclusive prime-time program supplier for Friday, Saturday and
Sunday evenings, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. In addition to library fare, the block
will feature 12 original productions, kicking off with Killer Wave.

The RHI/ION weekend block
kicks off with Broken Vows
(Friday, June 29), starring Tommy Lee Jones and Annette O'Toole; Lonesome
Dove, a digitally re-mastered
edition of the blockbuster mini-series whose cast includes Robert Duvall,
Anjelica Huston, Tommy Lee Jones, Diane Lane, Danny Glover and Chris Cooper;
and Cleopatra, the mini-series
that stars Timothy Dalton and Billy Zane.
