SIVOO in Bollywood Deal

PHILADELPHIA, June 15: SIVOO, an IPTV network featuring
multicultural on-demand programming, has inked deals with two Indian
distributors for a raft of content, including a number of Bollywood features.

"SIVOO already has an impressive library of Bollywood
films, but through these new business agreements, we can provide our viewers
with access to films that aren't available anywhere else on the Web," said
Burhan Fatah, SIVOO's founder and CEO. "SIVOO.com has quickly become a
premier destination for Indian entertainment online, offering the best of
Bollywood on-demand."

Opus Media will provide SIVOO with more than 300 films and
1,500 music videos from India and Pakistan that will be added to the SIVOO
Internet TV Network as a co-branded Bollywood.TV channel. The agreement
includes 83 exclusive Bollywood films that are not currently available on any
other website. Many of the movies will offer English subtitles. In addition,
Opus Media will provide SIVOO with Indian regional language
(Tamil/Kannada/Marathi) feature films, Pakistani stage plays as well as five
Bollywood awards shows.

Madhu Entertainment and Media will provide SIVOO with
Bollywood films in both Hindi and Gujarati as part of a multi-year agreement.
The deal includes 50 titles, including Ek Baar Mooskura Do and Sonbai Ni Chundadi.
