platform in June and for the Wii in Q4. QSRs Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s will also
feature a summer in-store promotion and EMI’s Caroline Records will debut a
soundtrack based on music from the show.

Code Lyoko continues to be one of the ‘crown jewels’ of Taffy
Entertainment and MoonScoop,” says Lionel Marty, the president of worldwide
distribution for Taffy Entertainment. “It has always been a solid performer in
Cartoon Network U.S.’s Miguzi block and
on France 3, it has outperformed shows like SpongeBob and Totally Spies.

Code Lyoko combines a cutting-edge look and fantastic storytelling
which appeals to a broad audience, making it an ideal brand for licensees,”
said Cynthia Money, the president of worldwide consumer products and marketing
for Taffy Entertainment. “The upcoming promotions and product launches for the
show have set us up perfectly to grow the Code Lyoko fan base by leaps and bounds in the coming year.”

“The show has proven time after
time that it has a broad appeal, even outside its targeted demographic, kids
ages 6-12,” explains Nicolas Atlan, one of the show’s executive producers. “We
released the Code Lyoko theme song on
iTunes earlier this year and it quickly became one of the top downloads in the
children’s music category. We have also launched the Code Lyoko website in both English and French and added a Spanish
version to keep up with demand from our worldwide audience. We’re all excited
about the new season of the show, as it will take fans on an adventure into
all-new worlds, with new villains and cool new vehicles and gadgets. The
adventure continuesÂ…”
