Amberwood, Xenophile Align for RollBots

CANNES,
April 16: Amberwood Entertainment has partnered with Xenophile Media to create
an interactive web experience for its new property RollBots.

In
making the announcement, Jonathan Wiseman, the VP of sales and acquisitions at
Amberwood, said: “We are ecstatic to be working with Xenophile. They are a
proven leader in this field and their concepts for this project have really
blown us away.”

Patrick
Crowe, co-president of Xenophile Media, added: “Xenophile Media is thrilled to
have this opportunity to work with Amberwood Entertainment on such an exciting
and rich property. We look forward to taking another large step in creating
innovative kids’ interactive entertainment.”

RollBots
is a
3-D animated action-comedy commissioned by Canada’s YTV, the first season of
which is comprised of 26 half-hours. The series, which targets kids aged 6 to
11, follows a community of perfectly round robots that travel on roller-coaster
type tracks at extreme speeds through their world, Flip City.
