Cookie Jar Unveils MIPTV Lineup

TORONTO/LOS ANGELES, April 10: Cookie Jar Entertainment is
coming to MIPTV with four series that have already secured slots on key North
American networks.

Magi-Nation, based on
the popular trading card game, follows
the adventures of Tony Jones, an average teen from Earth who finds himself
mysteriously transported to the magical world of Magi-Nation, where he must
defeat the evil Shadow Magi who are out to rule their world. Co-produced by
Cookie Jar Entertainment and Daewon Media in South Korea, the show launches on
Kids’ WB! and CBC this fall.

Hurray For Huckle! (Busytown
Mysteries), inspired by the best-selling children’s author Richard
Scarry, follows the lives of six unforgettable characters who try to solve
everyday life mysteries in Busytown. Twenty six half-hour episodes will air as
part of the Kids' CBC preschool
programming block.

Will & Dewitt is
about the adventures of a young boy and the small green frog that lives in his
backyard. It launches this fall on Kids’ WB! and YTV.

World of Quest is a
comedic buddy series following the young pampered Prince Nestor on a mission to
save his father and the kingdom of Odyssia, with the help of the square-jawed
hero Quest. The 13-episode production launches on Kids’ WB! and Teletoon in the
fall.
