Verizon Wireless Ramps Up Content Offerings

BASKING RIDGE, February 15: Verizon Wireless has announced a
raft of new content deals for its V CAST mobile service, including one for
JT-TV, featuring content with music star Justin Timberlake.

JT-TV will roll out four "channels" in 2007:
Fashion, Film, Music and Lifestyle. Among the content slated to appear on
JT-TV’s Fashion channel is behind-the-scenes footage of the first show for
Timberlake’s fashion line, William Rast. The content will feature snippets from
the fashion show and also include exclusive interviews with Timberlake and his
William Rast partner, Trace Ayala.

"JT-TV will connect Justin with his fans in a way that
has never been done before and deliver our customers unprecedented access into
the world of their favorite multi-platinum artist," said John Harrobin,
the VP of digital media and marketing for Verizon Wireless. "Verizon
Wireless is thrilled to join with Justin Timberlake to launch this new and
innovative approach to reaching his fans."

Verizon Wireless has also reached a deal for content from
BET to be added to V CAST Video, including interviews from the music series 106
& Park
, the docudrama American
Gangster
, the reality series College
Hill
, and the comedy show BET's
Comic View
, as well as music specials and
news programs.

"Mobile video distribution is an integral part of our
overall digital media strategy as our research clearly indicates that African
Americans are both leading consumers of, and have the most enthusiasm for,
mobile media," said Debra Lee, the chairman and CEO of BET Networks.
"I'm very excited about our relationship with Verizon Wireless, as I
believe our audience's unique demand for mobile content, and our network's
content in particular will allow BET to have an outsized impact on mobile media
consumption."

Lastly, in a deal with Fox Interactive Media, V CAST is
rolling out the IGN Mobile Video channel, which will be updated daily with
video content from IGN.com's collection of video game, entertainment and
lifestyle features. The service will offer Verizon Wireless V CAST customers
approximately 50 segments per week. Segments will range from two to eight
minutes in length and cover a broad range of topics, including video game
reviews, game and movie trailers, celebrity interviews and game gear.
