International Academy Calls for Entries for 2007 International Emmys

NEW YORK, January 29: The International Academy of
Television Arts & Sciences has put out a call for entries for the 35th
International Emmy Awards, which will take place in New York City on November
19.

Entries for the 11 award categories are now open for
submission online at www.iemmys.tv/entry.html.
The deadline for online entries is March 12. Entries produced and originally
broadcast outside of the U.S. may be submitted in the following categories:
Best Performance by an Actress, Best Performance by an Actor, Arts Programming,
Children and Young People, Documentary, Drama Series, Non-Scripted
Entertainment, TV-Movie/Mini-Series and News and Current Affairs. Industry
professionals interested in participating as a juror can register online at
www.iemmys.tv/juror.html

Presented by the International Academy of Television Arts
& Sciences, the International Emmy Award was created in 1969 to recognize
excellence in television programming produced outside of the United States.
